“This is a blend of rums aged from 5–8 years, finished for a few weeks in barrels that previously held Italian sweet vermouth. The spirit has a mild scent and light, honeyed palate accented by savory cedar, sarsaparilla and curry. The vermouth finish shows up on the close, which is laced with sweet spices and a hint of red fruit.”
