About the Whisky:
Glen Grant 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Signatory Bottling) was distilled on April 22, 1997 and matured for 5,600 days, or just over 15 years, in a used hogshead cask that was hand-selected by Dennis Malcolm, one of just eight Glent Grant master distillers in the past 125 years. Malcolm, who began apprenticing at the distillery as a cooper when he was just 15 years old, has over five decades of experience distilling and maturing whisky. “We don’t believe in rushing things at Glen Grant, he says. “We allow nature to take its time to do its work.  On August 21, 2012, the maturing whisky was bottled without the use of any artificial coloring at 86 proof.
