A blend of Whistlepig’s bold and youthful estate whiskey, the richness of its best 5-6 year ryes, and the splendor of its 12 Year rye. Distilled from grain grown on WhistlePig’s farm, water sourced from local springs, and wood harvested from Vermont forests. Hand-bottled on site in the WhistlePig barn.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Abundant oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee, and mint.
PALATE: Caramel, cinnamon, and baking spices prevail with hints of citrus and stonefruit.
FINISH: Complex and enduring finish featuring winter fruit, dark chocolate, tobacco, butterscotch, and vanilla with classic rye spice.
