Grapes are selected from defined areas of the Cape for terroir specificity and varietal style, and then fermented on the skin for 7 days at a lower temperature to maintain fruit flavours. A delicious wine, with rich raspberry and mince pie aromas and a soft, well balanced juicy red berry palate.
