This single grain proves that when well made, grain whisky can be every bit as good as malt whisky. Made from an uncommon composition of 50% wheat and 50% malted barley, the whisky is matured in bourbon barrels and finished for nine months in Oloroso sherry hogsheads. Bottled at 46%.
Nose: Rich and warming honey, peach and orange notes. Touch of dark chocolate and cognac.
Palate: Orange, milk and dark chocolate. Balanced Oloroso notes.
Finish: Dry and spicy.
