Created by the folks behind The Bitter Truth. The great thing about rum is that a blend of two different rums can result in something amazing. This White Rum blends Jamaican pot still rums from Monymusk and Worthy Park, and also pot still rum from Trinidad. It is then charcoal filtered to strip out the colour. Although a ‘white’ looking rum, this does not lack flavour at all. Full of tropical fruits on the nose, pineapple guava, orange and banana, with an undercurrent of vegetal sweetness. The palate has lots of citrus upfront, then showcasing funk with cooked pineapple. The finish is long with tart tropical fruits. Use in all sorts of rum cocktails!
