Created by the legendary bartender and author Gary ‘Gaz’ Regan, this bitters is made by the Sazerac Company and based on the bitters found in Charles H Bakers book, ‘The Gentlemans Companion’. It is called No 6 because this was the final formula he settled on. Heavy on the orange and very bitter with lots of clove also. Use in your favourite cocktials.
