Luxardo have been producing a juniper distillate sine 1833! However, they only started making gin around 1900. Although it’s made in Italy, this is a classic London dry gin, with the citrus and juniper ever present. After distillation, the gin goes through a 19-day refinement process. Here, Marasca cherries are infused with the London Dry Gin to make this a Sour Cherry Gin. Big sour cherry nose with hints of almond underneath. All the flavours of the London dry gin are present here but with more jammy fruit, and a sour finish that leaves you wanting more. The is great in all styles of drinks and cocktails. We would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic and Cherries for a great G&T.
