This spiced rum has been a big hit ever since it was launched. A big old black rum that is made from a blend of Caribbean rums, aged from 1 to 2 years with added colouring. This rum has a few spices added to it. A nutty aroma on the nose with vanilla, cherry and spice. The palate is sweet with cola-like and woody spices, think cinnamon, clove and gingerbread. The finish is long and peppery. Use in drinks where you want a bit more depth of spice flavour.
