How does Edinburgh Gin Seaside achieve this? By using Scurvy Grass, Bladderwrack and Ground Ivy. Fresh light and floral and sweet on the nose, the salinity comes through on the palate, balanced nicely with sweet minerality, with a light, sweet finish.
