Those Scots sure know how to distill a good product! 14 botanicals are in this gin, with lavendar, pine buds, mulberries, cobnuts and lemongrass being the more unique ones. Clean and fresh on the nose, the lavender adds a floral note and the lemongrass brings the citrus through without being acidic. The citrus then rounds off to a smooth finish. For a G&T we would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic with Orange as garnish.
