When a cannonball tears through a ship, it usually leaves a big hole and a bigger impression. This 57.2% navy strength gin does the same. How? Double the juniper, double the lemon zest, with an added touch of Szechaun peppercorns for a spice kick. Powerful and spicy on the nose. The huge amounts of juniper used not only gives a big juniper flavour, but the oils add a more viscous texture. This is balanced by the lemon peel, which also helps counter the Szechaun pepper. The lemon and spice linger on the long finish as well. This makes for some seriously good Martinis! For a G&T we would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic with Lemon as a garnish.
