This makes for a wonderful blend of coffee. The beans are blended, steeped in alcohol, and then sweetened with sugar. Nothing else is used. This result is an intense espresso flavour , smoke, walnuts, cacao and roasted coffee. The taste has intense bitterness, hickory and chocolate.
