The famous ‘blue’ gin from the UK , the iconic gin that got everyone drinking gin in the 80s. It is made using the Carterhead still vapour infusion method, which hangs all the botanicals in a basket inside of the still, resulting in a light perfumed herbaceous gin. Juniper, lemon zest and oriental spices on the nose, The palate has delicate juniper with lemon zest and coriander spice, followed by strong spice. The finish has a nice length of juniper lemon and spice. Great in a G & T. Pairs classically well with East Imperial Burma Tonic with a slice of lemon.
