Although best known for their Carta Blanca rum, Bacardi also make some excellent aged rums. This 4 Year Old sits perfectly on the line between mixing rum and sipping rum. Inspired by the Bacardi founder’s original recipe, this is an excellent smooth rum. The nose has plenty of honey and spice on it. The palate has mild vanilla, toasted oak and clove. Honey is very apparent. The finish is easy going. Great sipped, great mixed!
