Mellow Gold is another addition to the Famous Grouse blended Scotch whisky range which leans a little more on the Sherried side of things than their classic expression. Created by Master Blender Gordon Motion, this is made using both bourbon and sherry seasoned-casks. Lots of creamy vanilla and orange zest, with touches of dark chocolate and sultana.

The Famous Mellow Gold blends whiskies from rare, handcrafted Spanish sherry casks and charred American oak bourbon casks to arrive at a distinctly smooth, mellow character and rich depth of flavour.
