“(recently finished its secondary fermentation): Bright medium red. A whiff of reduction to the aromas of raspberry, graphite and blood orange. Dense, sappy and intense, conveying a strong mineral element as well as a delicate violet quality to its red and darker berry flavors. Boasts terrific inner-mouth tension and a light touch.
