- This velvety liqueur blends luscious juicy plums with luxurious Madagascan vanilla for a lrich flavour. aromatic sweet and warm spice notes.
- We select the season’s ripest Scottish plums to macerate with fine Madagascan vanilla. This is then infused with our classic Edinburgh Gin to produce a uniquely flavoured liqueur.
- On the nose, aromas of ripe stone fruit and marzipan, whilst on the palate, rich sweetness balanced by a softly warming vanilla finish.
- Our Plum & Vanilla Liqueur is delicious served over ice, or a must-have for cocktails, perfect in a variety of drinks from Brambles, to Fizzes and Daisies. topped up with Prosecco or mixed with soda. It also makes a beautiful addition to a classic sour, the rich sweetness complemented perfectly by zesty lemon.
