This wine enjoys a growing popularity among the range of wines offered by Sekthaus Solter. In this wine two different regions come together in one Assemblage. The first is a Roséwine from the Kaiserstuhl, which tastes very exciting, yet supple. The other is a delicately fruity Roséwine from Assmannshausen and Rüdesheim with characteristically elegant acidity. This Rosé composition is unique in Gemany.

This Sekt consists of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Because being on the must the Sekt reaches its salmon colour.
