Montelobos (mountain of wolves) is an artisanal mezcal made in Santiago Matatlán produced with 100% organic agave espadín. This mezcal is crafted by biologist and distiller Iván Saldaña and mezcalero Don Abel Lopez. Bottled at 43.2%. (Bottle size: 750ml)
Nose: Damp earth, freshly cut grass, honey, citrus, asparagus and smoke.
Palate: Perfect balance between cooked and green maquey, nuts, herbacity and smoke.
Finish: Long and smoky.
