Grape native to France but which has spread to Friuli in an excellent
way. The bunch is medium-small. The wine: light golden yellow color.
Bouquet of great personality: hints of sage and pepper. The taste is dry
without harshness, lively and rich. It has excellent aging potential
and is at its best with fish dishes.
