The only whisky to be made by a Toji (a sake master) using sake methods. One of them being using a smaller still. This results in a whisky with less fusel oils which means it can be aged for lesser time, while still retaining its smooth and delicate core. This has vanilla, oak, citrus and cinnamon on the nose and palate with and oily texture.
