About the winery:
Located in Epernay, the Domaine Dallancourt was founded only in 2010 by Virginie Baudette and her husband Antoine Lutun, bringing together two small family-run properties. Their total of under 5 hectares (about 12 acres) has vines ranging in age from 10 to 75 years old.

Notes from the Winemaker:

Intense Yellow Gold color with a persistent Mousse. Wonderful mixture of finesse, crispness and complexity on the nose with notes of cooked fruit, plums, grilled almonds and fig. An ample, sophisticated flavor with great persistence, Notes of fruit jams, plums and baked apples.

Good accompaniment: Suitable for a cocktail party, our champagne Prestige will ideally accompany a meal with shellfish, fish and white meat. It will no doubt accompany some cheeses, too, just try it.
